| From: Raghu Prasad, Blue Ocean Ventures [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role: MS Dynamics 365 Architect Location: Remote Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions - specifically Sales Enterprise Edition and possible future Supply Chain Management. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability. Provide strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 implementation, system upgrades, and migrations. Integration & Data Management: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Experience with MuleSoft is a plus for integration opportunities. Ensure data integrity, migration, and synchronization across various platforms. Develop data models and establish data governance practices. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, analysts, and consultants in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics implementation. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and releases in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure the system meets organizational needs. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Finance & Operations, etc.). Experience with customization, configuration, and development on the Dynamics 365 platform. Experience in cloud-based deployments and integrations, particularly with Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure services. Development Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies. Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, Plugins, Workflows, and custom reporting. Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and SSIS for reporting and integration purposes. Experience with integrations to Dynamics 365 - IRM preferred tooling is MuleSoft Experience: 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, architecture, and design. Experience leading and managing large-scale Dynamics 365 projects. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (or relevant certifications). Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (preferred).
