The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of Azure-based infrastructure and applications. Provide technical expertise and architectural leadership in the areas of cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and establish the most suitable cloud architecture and delivery models. Provide guidance on cloud migration, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions using Azure services. Evaluate existing infrastructure and identify areas for improvement in performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Ensure cloud architectures adhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide junior team members in Azure best practices and solution development. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Azure Solution Architect with 5+ years of cloud architecture and design experience. Expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure DevOps, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in the Azure ecosystem. Experience with cloud migrations, hybrid solutions, and multi-cloud strategies. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, and Terraform. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Knowledge of data management, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. Location: This role is onsite in Cleveland, OH.
