From: Mohit Kumar, Tek Inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Proposal Coordinator Remote Phone/Skype Mandatory Experience Prior experience with State and Federal government proposal/bid response processes Experience coordinating and preparing proposals/bid responses and presentation content from start to finish, including creating required quals and reference forms, resumes, specialized project summaries, technical project case studies, and administrative forms Ensure Capture data (staff resumes, project/experience info, narratives, etc.) is up-to-date Expert in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while meeting critical deadlines Able to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs Perform other Sales/BD duties as needed Mandatory Requirements Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and demanding entrepreneurial environment After hours (evenings and weekends) may be required to meet firm deadlines and to provide the best quality work product. Strong organizational skills Positive mindset and can-do attitude and understands and supports a "sense of urgency" Ability to self-manage, multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as self-organize in a team environment to meet tight deadlines Self-starter who is able to work with different personalities and professional styles across the organization High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and follow-through Desirable Experience and Requirements Previous experience in IT healthcare consulting services Knowledge of or experience in Shipley Associates proposal training Assist with development of graphic design elements using PowerPoint Assist with editing and proofreading of written material FYI: Proposal coordination includes, but is not limited to: -Preparing, formatting, and proofreading proposal resumes, forms, and documents to ensure they meet client specifications and organizational standards -Gathering information and data necessary for the proposal, such as company background, technical details, qualifications, resources, or market analysis -Collecting required information and ensuring proposal components are complete and accurate -Helping ensure that the proposal response complies with requirements outlined in the request for proposal (RFP) or bid invitation -Helping manage timelines and deadlines to ensure that proposals are submitted on time (strong sense of urgency) -Checking for consistency, clarity, and quality in the proposal, often focusing on details like grammar, formatting, and adherence to guidelines -Closing out proposal files/folders for tracking and reporting purposes Keywords: information technology Proposal Coordinator | Remote [email protected] |
