| Job Title: Test ArchitectJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect to join our team and lead our testing efforts. As a Test Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our test automation frameworks and ensuring the quality of our software products. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise test automation frameworks, methodology, and tool integration. Provide automation expertise, training, and coaching to team members. Determine the range and depth of activities required for developing or customizing complex test automation frameworks. Research and onboard automation tools for IT. Deliver a robust automation framework built upon established and proven open source or commercial tools to support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD. Design and architect modular and reusable automated testing solutions that satisfy client requirements. Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment. Influence and impact stakeholders with your expertise and insights. Qualifications: Minimum 12+ years of experience in building automated solutions to cover UI frontend, middle tier, and backend interfaces and services. Strong .NET coding experience with a good understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience with API automation using REST Sharp. Experience with web UI automation testing using Selenium WebDriver. Familiarity with BDD frameworks for .NET (e.g., Specflow). Experience in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git for source control. Hands-on experience with optimization and performance improvement techniques. Familiarity with shift left testing using the test triangle pyramid. Experience with scheduling and coverage reporting tools. Mortgage business domain knowledge (preferred).
