The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills and deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem. As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and overseeing the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies, including C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. Ensure architecture aligns with business goals, ensuring best practices for coding, performance, and security. Guide and mentor the development team through the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design standards and architectural principles. Provide leadership on cloud integration, microservices architecture, and best practices for API design and development. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement solutions that improve scalability and maintainability. Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, tools, and frameworks, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Lead efforts in DevOps implementation, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC). Qualifications: Proven experience as a .NET Architect with 7+ years of development and architecture experience. Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies. Experience with designing and implementing microservices architectures. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and integration of cloud-based services into .NET applications. Proficiency in database design and optimization (SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.). Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and experience leading development teams in a remote or distributed environment. Relevant certifications in .NET, cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and implementing distributed systems. Location: This is a fully remote position.
