| Need PM with ServiceNow & SDLC exp Position: Project Manager (SDLC & ServiceNow) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) (Need Local) Client: Hexaware and Law firm Visa: Any visa is fine Exp: 10+ years Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, with strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies. 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects or IT Service Management (ITSM) projects. Demonstrated success leading multiple projects through the full SDLC in an Agile or Waterfall environment. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and related ServiceNow modules. In-depth understanding of SDLC processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent). Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to manage expectations and maintain strong working relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications. Experience in managing cloud-based ServiceNow implementations. Experience working in a DevOps or Agile development environment. Knowledge of integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
