Job Role - 

Operations Triage / System Admin

Location - Fully Remote

Duration - 6 Months+

Visa  - USC GC, Only

Mode Of Interview -  Phone/Skype

Job Description

Education: Bachelors Degree

Years of Experience: 0

Substitute Experience: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

Client is asking for 3-5 years of experience and also must have ServiceNow admin certification and Veteran affairs public trust will be a huge plus 

Requirements:

Direct experience (3-5 yrs) with SN platform Admin conducting triage of SN platform issues, SN performance issues, SN Product issues and Custom Code. 

Must understand and demonstrate knowledge of SN Architecture across platform and products. 

Has to also have knowledge/experience of SN Product Dev and Custom code dev using the products and tech in place at the VA (see PWS). 

Use of Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk is a significant skill needed for performance monitoring.
