| SAP QA Lead (L2 Production Support, QA-SAP) Location: Day 1 Onsite Austin, TX Duration: Long term contract Hybrid - 3 days onsite / week Client is Apple Additional Comments: Prior Apple experienced profiles prioritized. Candidate must be comfortable leading. Expectation to perform manual and automation work. Communication skills a must. Preferred candidates must have hands on automation experience with Selenium and API. L2 Production Support experienced - will be providing functional app support to other users. Other preferred skills of the role: Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases. Strong experience performing manual testing Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies Retail or Online Store background Good team and people skills Excellent oral/written communication skills Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project. Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
