That is the main thing they are looking for... someone who is strong in planning, creating and implementing incident response and would need a work sample or something they can create to show their skillset in that They must provide a sample of work regarding Incident Response process/procedure, planning, etc. Obviously it may not be work from prior clients, theyre okay with just having solo work sent. They really just want to see their process. This is very heavily going to be an incident response planning, training, etc. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday Thursday 7:30 AM 5:30 PM. 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day - .5 unpaid lunch) Option to work remotely once FBI fingerprint-based background check complete. INTAKE NOTES FROM MANAGER: Lead and train exercises. Revamp and improve incident response plan Samples of previous work, incident response related samples, planning, creating, and training and exercises. (Tell if on a team or sole work product) 38 hours a week (not 40 hrs) ROLE Cybersecurity Incident Response. Will do Cyber Security Incident Response plans, training, and exercises. Looking for an individual with experience in cybersecurity incident response, specifically with plan modernization and updates, creating and giving training to technical and non-technical IR team members, and creating and moderating exercises. TASKS Updated and modernized cybersecurity incident response plans, two (2) trainings, and one (1) exercise. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Cyber Incident Response (IR) 3+ years Cyber Security Incident Response Plan creation and updates 2+ years IR team training (creating and giving) 1+ years IR exercise planning, coordinating, and presenting 2+ years Clear communication (oral and written) and excellent organization skills. Self-starting/motivated given a clear set of objectives. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Excellent people skills. Direct IR (Cyber Incident Response) experience (not just planning and exercises).
