Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using in-depth knowledge of Java Spring Boot, REST APls, and microservices principles required. Demonstrated Lean & Agile values of cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility to drive progress at Michelin using excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Work as part of a Lean and Agile Team to lead Architecture topics to increase business value while ensuring business continuity by following industry best practices and application of appropriate integration and architectural patterns. Architect, design and evaluate business requirements, security measures and legal requirements to create and/or enhance a solution and provide guidance to Software Engineers. Ensure the operability, availability, performance, and security of applications by ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and support as needed. Assess business orientations and align to existing and/or future systems. Perform feasibility studies to validate proposed solutions against the expected requirements, cost, and timelines, and provide risk mitigation ideas to the team as needed. Use an incremental approach (Do & Learn) during design and development to manage the lead time and deliver incremental functionalities quickly. Participate in a Global Network of Architects for sharing ideas and collaboration.
