Consults the Release Manager to identify the release windows for a project, incorporating release tasks into the project plan. Key Areas: Software Development Life Cycle 1. Provides support to HR in prioritizing defect and project work. Vendor Management Manage all communication to our downstream integration vendors (20+) for all IT related changes such as upgrades and outages. Work with IT management for on time payment of all vendor invoices. Monitor all expenses associated with an AR and continuously maintain the balance. Onboard and offboard all contractors including managing all of the necessary security. Meetings Set up, manage attendance, and compile and maintain meeting notes for all required meetings initiated by HRIT. Attend all high-level relevant project meetings across all workstreams to maintain a knowledge of all initiatives.
