Great opportunity to work with our institutional investment firm in Boston. PFI/Pam For Investments, Application Support Our client has implemented State Streets PAM Insurance/PFI/Pam For Investments system and is in need of application support professional to support this app that is in production. Often times users are questioning numbers and the need is for somebody to dig in and understand what is happening. Other times loads may fail and they need somebody who understands how the messages are processed and hunt down issues with the security master data. Respons: Provide application to support to internal PAM customers Analyze problems, answer questions and provide training related to the software. Identify and test workarounds for bugs or deficiencies in the software. Research issues dealing with third party software used as components of the software. Follow a standard set of procedures and methods when responding to customer requests or inquiries. Conduct research on questions and issues using available information resources and other product specialists. Required skills: 5+ years of application support experience in the financial services domain Experience supporting State Streets PAM product previously in the market owned by Princeton Financial Systems SMS Set ups, and how they translate into yield calculations.
