Title: AWS Big Data Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: Long-term Qualifications: Provide L1 support for AWS Big Data services including, but not limited to, Amazon EMR, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, and AWS Glue. Respond to customer inquiries and incidents via ticketing system, email, and phone. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Assist in the deployment and configuration of AWS Big Data solutions. Collaborate with L2 and L3 support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on AWS services and best practices.
