Preferred candidates will have experience in both the retail and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities Lead Oracle EPM initiatives, focusing on finance-related modules. Utilize expertise in Oracle EBS, particularly in solution architecture. Manage and implement Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and reporting. Requirements Strong knowledge of ERP finance modules within Oracle EBS. Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Preferred experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
