| Significant hands-on research experience, with at least 7 years of experience applying research in an industry setting. Mastery in a broad range of mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) research, their tradeoffs and best application of methods within time constraints, and ability to explain rationale for each method. Ability to analyze insights and articulate recommendations that impact digital solutions. An understanding of the technology development cycles and can time research to have maximum impact. Skews towards a structured way of conducting research, with an interest in contributing to scaling research operations across the org. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space, sometimes in various ways to meet the needs of different recipients.
