Candidates are expected to be onsite 3 days/week Length of Engagement: 3+ months and will evaluate converting or extending contract engagement or long term extension Hours/Week: 40 hours, Long term contract for hire. Visa: USC/GC holder only. Alip and eApps exp Someone with very good comm skills. Business Analyst who's sole responsibility will be to work with the Business Stakeholders in RSP/ALIP moving their admin systems and products to RSP. Will be capturing requirements from the teams and will create the technical requirements specific to ALIP's features for the Development team to build. Must Have - ALIP exp. Should have Configuration exp. Should be someone who has held this position before, worked heavily in the system and is a technical subject matter expert. In addition to BA responsibilities, these folks are heavily involved in Configuration. Meaning they are working with XML based layouts(Backend of the eApps) as they are configured to the eApps and making sure they are running properly. i.e. customer chooses a particular Allianz Product. Once selected, it takes them through application process. Processes auto populate based off selected answer, configuration is the process flow that happens in front of customer.
