| Only USC Only MA consultants We are looking for Business Systems Analyst in Waltham, MA (onsite 3 days/week) In person interview Must have Financial Services experience Key Responsibilities Engage with subject-matter experts to analyze and document current system states and processes. Meticulously gather and document business requirements, emphasizing customer and support staff needs; collaborate with workstream leads to prioritize these requirements in line with phased objectives. Communicate business requirements effectively with external vendors. Facilitate and lead joint design sessions between business and IT stakeholders. Construct workflow charts and diagrams. Partner with QA and business to develop detailed use cases to guide UAT test plans. Additional Skills and Knowledge At least 5 years of experience in processing mapping, use case diagramming, business analysis and requirements definition. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. Financial services background a strong plus. Experience with all stages of a project life cycle, including planning, analysis, design, construction, and testing. Previous experience with Atlassian tools a plus.
