Lead & Execute: Drive the implementation of Oracle eBS and Fusion Cloud solutions, focusing on Financials, Manufacturing, and SCM modules. b. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design tailored solutions and ensure successful deployments that meet our c. Project Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. d. Oracle Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and objectives. e. Innovate & Improve: Conduct thorough system analysis and design, document workflows, and spearhead process improvement initiatives. f. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and communication, keeping all project stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. g. Agile Leadership: Serve as Scrum Master for project teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies. h. Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: 1. Education: A bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred 2. Experience: Significant experience as an Oracle Solution Architect / Project Manager, with in-depth expertise in Oracle eBS and Fusion Cloud. 3. Industry Insight: Extensive experience in manufacturing, fintech, or oil and gas is highly preferred. 4. Process Expertise: Strong experience with the Order-to-Cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes is essential. 5. Accounting Acumen: A solid foundation in accounting with a deep understanding of financial principles. 6. Project Mastery: A proven history of successfully managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects, demonstrating strong project management capabilities. 7. Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Master with practical experience in Agile project delivery. 8. Jira Proficiency: Using Jira for project tracking, task management, and team collaboration. 9. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle applications that support Financials and Operations. 10. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on process improvement. 11. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. 12. Certifications: Oracle and/or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
