Hello all,

New roles added as below. Please be very picky on who you submit. These are niche roles and not all who say they fit the profile actually
do. Highlighted points below are a must. Request you to talk to the candidates before you submit these are client facing roles and communication is key. I will update the candidates status in iTAP as soon as I get to them. Please keep a check on iTAP for
status updates. If it is in Resume Attached, I have still not looked at it or have not moved them ahead due to some interviews already scheduled. I will move unscreened candidates to future talent when we fill the role (this applies to all previous roles too).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant  (
DBS-/DBS-/2024/2497568)

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions

Work with the Education Team to deliver and create super users and end users training, as needed

Help customers define and document processes when there are no processes in place

Assist technical consultants with architecting D365 CRM or xRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the clients organizational
processes

Create and lead on functional and solution design and specification documents

Create detailed project scope documents for the customer, which includes both estimates for the tasks that will be completed and the project
schedule in Microsoft Project

Interact with project and program managers to manage, report and mitigate risks and issues

Lead and deliver internal sessions on best practices and new functionality and features

Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interface components

Work effectively with the sales team on delivering tender response documents, estimates and customer demonstrations

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM

Omni-Channel and Contact Center experience is a plus

Exposure to/knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus

Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide a customer through the implementation process

Ability to lead functional teams within multiple projects with both onshore and offshore resources

Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 enterprise with focus on presales/business development as well
as engagement delivery

Industry leading breadth knowledge of subject area and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business
problems

Ability to act as a lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities

Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional team

Ability to work with junior team members both in a project and practice context

Expected to be flexible with time and capable of working in a process-oriented environment

Extensive professional experience within an IT consultancy environment

Extensive hands-on experience as either a CE functional lead and/or CE senior functional consultant

At least 8 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365

Experience with SharePoint integration with CRM

Exposure to Azure DevOps or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools

Excellent client facing skills e.g. verbal, client demonstrations, deliver training at all levels of within an organization

Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Visio

Ability to work on Agile/Waterfall project delivery

Excellent understanding of Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps, CDM, and PowerBI

CRM Certifications required

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/F&SCM Business Analyst (
exposure
to Financial Services/Capital Markets/Asset Management/Wealth Management domain with knowledge of Fiduciary function

 Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage mid-sized to enterprise projects independently

Participate in design and architecture sessions with clients

Gather and document business processes (some current state, mostly future state)

Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture

Assist technical consultants with architecting CRM or xRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the clients organizational
processes

Assist in developing project budget, and ensure work is completed on-track and within budget

Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations

Facilitate team resources in the implementation of data migration and translation, data integration, training and custom development, and
reports

Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications

Coordinate with overseas team on custom development, complex customizations and portals

Develop test plans and scripts

Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application

Training super users

Schedule work to be done and follows up to ensure completion within the project schedule

Guide the project along through daily communications with the customer

Conduct at least a weekly status meetings (may be more) and sends weekly status updates

Conduct design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes

Qualifications and Skillsets

Masters Degree in business, or computer science related field or Bachelors Degree in business, or computer science related field and
6-8 years experience

Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer
service departments within an organization

Excellent verbal and written communication

Professional demeanor

Feels comfortable talking with clients at all levels of within an organization.
