| From: Soumya Mishra, Appian Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Share relevant candidates: Title- Software Engineering Automation- Project manager Location- Washington - District of Columbia As a Software Engineering Automation and Performance Projects Manager you will play a critical role in optimizing software development processes ensuring quality and enhancing performance Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our projects Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position Responsibilities Performance Engineering Collaborate with cross functional teams to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software applications Conduct end to end performance testing including load testing stress testing and scalability testing using tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter Analyze test results identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions Automation Management Lead the design development and implementation of automated testing frameworks Utilize Selenium for web application testing and create robust test scripts Ensure continuous integration and delivery pipelines include automated testing Project Management Define project scope objectives and deliverables Develop project plans allocate resources and manage project timelines Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate with software developers QA engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution Technical Expertise Proficiency in Java for test automation and scripting Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques Experience with AWS services and cloud based infrastructure Quality Assurance Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle Implement best practices for code reviews testing and deployment Qualifications Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on performance engineering and automation Proven track record of managing successful projects Skills Strong knowledge of Selenium Java and JMeter Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with Agile methodologies Certifications Preferred ISTQB AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or related certificationsSkillsTest Management Thanks & Regards Soumya Mishra (US IT Recruiter) Appian InfoTech Inc.
