Job Title: Informatica IDMC Platform Support Specialist Location: Princeton, NJ (onsite) Duration: Long-term Experience: 12+ years Job Description: Seeking an experienced Informatica Cloud, Platform, and Administration professional to join our team in the role of IDMC Platform Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica and will be responsible for supporting project onboarding, tool capabilities, error resolution, upgrades and overall platform management. This is an onsite position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for Informatica IDMC platform, including onboarding new projects, understanding tool capabilities, resolving errors, and managing upgrades. Work closely with offshore teams to delegate and oversee project tasks. Understand new requirements and provide suggestions on how to utilize platform capabilities to meet those requirements. Manage platform support tickets and work with the support team to address any issues. Qualifications: Proven experience working with Informatica Cloud, Platform, and Administration. Strong understanding of Informatica IDMC platform and its capabilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
