| Position: Microsoft Tech Support SME Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL (Hybrid) CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD,H4 EAD Currently have two people that support the Microsoft CRM and GP systems, but they are business folks who have learned/adapted and not true IT resources. Gallagher would like to bring in a Technical Support SME to fill this knowledge gap, working and shadowing with the current team and then providing SME support, technical requests, special projects, bug fixes, maintenance, and ad hoc needs within their Microsoft GP 18.6 and Microsoft CRM 2016 on prem environment. Gallagher is still running the old legacy apps and need someone familiar with the old systems. When it comes to functional consultants (setup and config) these would be two different people since GP and Dynamics CRM were two different products, and different underlying code. Based on what they want this person to do and considering theyre legacy systems now since most MS environments have gone to D365, its very possible to find these skills in one person if someone with GP didnt grow with the technology."
