Please find below the job description of a Data Modeler, considering Informatica as ETL tool.

Data Modeler Job Description:

             Strong proficiency in
ETL processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica Power Center

             Design and implement data modeling solutions using relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases

             Expertise in physical and logical data modeling and data warehouse methodologies, workflows designing and performance tuning.

             Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements

             Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes

             Create and maintain documentation for data models, including data dictionaries and metadata repositories

             Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in ETL development

             Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills

             Experience with cloud databases and distributed systems is a plus.

             Provide technical support for data-related issues and troubleshoot data model-related problems
