| From: Akshit, Stellentit [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well Title : Oracle Technical Project Manager Location : 100% Remote Duration: 6-9 Month Contract Job Description :- Business Objective: Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Report Writing, specifically within EPM Narrative and BI Publisher, to lead a healthcare-focused project. The candidate will manage the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud solutions in a healthcare environment, ensuring that all project deliverables are met within the agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of developers performing the end-to-end development of Oracle Cloud reports using all Oracle report writing tools, focusing on EPM Narrative and BI Publisher. Collaborate with business team representatives, business analysts, and technical report developers to produce a large number of end-user reports. Develop or supervise the development of detailed report specifications, and track all reporting deliverables, ensuring that all key milestones are met on time. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure the project stays on track. Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the report development lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, particularly in the areas of Oracle EPM Narrative, BI Publisher, and other Oracle Cloud reporting tools. Conduct regular project status meetings, reporting on key metrics and progress to stakeholders. Oversee requirements generation, report development, testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance activities across a large team of developers and significant number of reports. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions. In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Reporting Tools, emphasizing EPM Narrative and BI Publisher. Background in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and best practices a strong plus Must have experience with all ERP pillars including F/SCM, HCM and EPM. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle a large team of developers, multiple stakeholders and aggressive timelines. Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and delivering successful outcomes in remote environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and report progress up to the steering committee level with executive presence. PMP, Oracle Cloud certifications, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
