Must-have skills: 7+ y of exp with .NET, C#, ASP.NET; 5+ y of exp with Visual Studio 2015 or higher; Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server; Azure DevOps; project leader or expert/lead technical role exp; governmental exp. Requirements: Experience in design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Oracle and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server in an n-tier architecture (7+ years); Experience with .Net 4.5 and higher (7+ years); Experience in object-oriented development techniques; Experience with database design and development (Oracle/Microsoft SQL Server); Experience with SQL tuning; Experience with development source control (Azure Dev Ops); Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects; Experience as an expert/lead technical role; Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments; Experience working with state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs; Experience working with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies; Experience with support production deployments; assist with troubleshooting deployment issues; Experience with assisting with branching/merging in support of parallel development requirements; Experience with setting up continuous integration capabilities; Experience with setting up builds, transformations and deployment configurations for each environment; Experience with Visual Studio 2015 or higher (5+ years); Experience with on-premise, Azure DevOps, and DevOps. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Providing IT support for the .Net systems; Assisting with cloud migration of existing code; Providing services for the Multi Language Translation (MLT) framework; Providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy; Developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features; Using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers; Providing expertise regarding the integration of applications etc. In considering candidates, time is of the essence, so please respond quickly.
