| Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Job Title: Oracle Techno-Functional EBS HRMS Consultant Location: New York, USA (Hybrid) Experience: 11+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional EBS HRMS Consultant with over 10 years of experience to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (not Oracle Cloud HCM) and strong expertise in integrations, OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, Workflow (WF), Approvals Management Engine (AME), and Fast Formula. This role will involve customer-facing responsibilities, managing offshore teams, and driving cadence calls with customer stakeholders. Mandatory Skills: Integrations between different systems. Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations. PL/SQL development. Developing and customizing reports. Workflow (WF) configuration and management. AME configurations for approval processes. Fast Formula development and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the offshore development team. Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules Lead offshore teams, providing direction and ensuring the delivery of project objectives on time. Drive and manage cadence calls with key customer stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or concerns. Work closely with the customer to gather and document requirements, propose solutions, and ensure that project goals are met. Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain high-quality documentation for all processes and configurations. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (not Oracle Cloud HCM). Strong expertise in integrations, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), PL/SQL, Reports, Workflow (WF), Approvals Management Engine (AME), and Fast Formula. Experience in managing offshore teams and coordinating with onsite stakeholders. Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects and solutions within the Oracle EBS HRMS space.
