Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, APIs, and web services. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript). Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
