Client: County of Santa Clara Location: San Jose, CA Onsite: Three days per week, and two days remote Interview mode: Virtual, but candidates may be asked to come onsite for final round Duration: 12 months w/ option to extend Qty of Staff Needed: 1 Position Title: SAP ECC/S4 Fiori Consultant Objective: Resource will provide daily functional/security support in the SAP ECC/S4 environment and Fiori Application implementation. Onsite: Required 3x a week and as needed Typical Deliverables: Resolve end user support requests Contract end date Creating/maintain master data requests Contract end date Research issues/solutions include performing tests on solution Contract end date Assist in analysis & implementation of Fiori Apps for County business process Contract end date Provide S/4 implementation support December 17, 2024 Typical Tasks: Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues. Understand County business requirements and write specifications. Create/maintain Master Data Requests. Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues. Develop, configure, and test possible solutions. Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, P- Card processing, and journal entries. Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing. Research and implement Fiori App for County business process. Research and document issues/solution include performing tests for resolution. Includes communicating with SAP vendor on solution. Perform other related support duties as required. Desired Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Three (3) years of experience providing technical, analytical, configuration, integration support in S/4 Hana functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset) Implementation and support of Fiori security and applications.
