ROLE#1 Position : PLC Production support ( programmable controller) Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite from day 1) Rate : $50/hr -$52/hr on C2C Key Responsibilities: Production support - fault recovery, interim corrective actions Permanent corrective actions root cause analysis and program updates Training shared best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials Qualifications: Siemens TIA Portal knowledge and experience Demonstrated troubleshooting skill Knowledge of Volvo programming standard a plus ROLE#2 Position : Production Support Robotics Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite from day 1) Key Responsibilities: Production support - fault recovery, interim corrective actions Permanent corrective actions root cause analysis and program updates Process improvements tip dress optimization, tip change optimization Training share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials Qualifications: ABB Programming knowledge and experience Demonstrated troubleshooting skill Knowledge of Volvo programming standard a plus Knowledge of ABB-Volvo function packages a plus Robot Studio knowledge and experience a plus Training share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials ROLE#3 Position : Production Support Welding Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite from day 1) Key Responsibilities: Production support spot/stud weld fault recovery, document faults for optimization Process improvements expulsion reduction, continuous STC optimization Training share best practices, share knowledge with maintenance team, assist develop training materials Qualifications: Strong background in resistance and arc welding Bosch 7000 weld controller knowledge and experience Experience in making and optimizing STC curves Experience with Stanley stud systems a plus Arc welding experience with Fronius welders a plus ROLE#4 Position : Production Support Geometry Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite from day 1) Key Responsibilities: Analysis of the geometric results generated by the CMM reports (Piweb) Definition of fixtures adjustments within the maintenance and production teams Process improvements root cause analysis of the geometry issues and implement solutions Qualifications: Proficiency in CAD and geometry tools (Solid Works, CATIA, Polyworks, Piweb) Strong understanding of GD&T principles and applications Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality control methodologies Experience with advanced metrology equipment (CMM, laser scanner, optical measurement) a plus ROLE#5 Job Title: Production Support CMM Location: Dublin, OH (Onsite from day 1) CMM Operation and Programming (Polyworks): Operate CMM machines to measure and inspect BIW components. Develop and modify CMM programs to accommodate new parts and changes in design. Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to create accurate measurement plans. Quality Inspection: Perform detailed inspections of BIW components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards. Analyze measurement data and generate comprehensive inspection reports. Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with the production team to address issues. Data Analysis and Reporting (PiWeb database) Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and analyze measurement data. Prepare and present detailed reports on inspection results, including trends and potential quality issues. Maintain accurate records of all inspections and measurements. Maintenance and Calibration: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with CMM machines. Rental of CMM Equipment: CMM equipment to be supplied together with service Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or technical certification in metrology, quality control, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and programming CMM machines, preferably in an automotive BIW environment. Proficiency in using CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, Polyworks) and CAD software. Skills: Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
