Must be somebody with strong interpersonal, presentation and highly technical hands-on - not somebody who is just going to be drawing pictures. this person will be her right hand person for setting the roadmap and best practices - must be able to work independently and take discovery on - must find the right people, the right information and inspire various team members to get behind the effort.
