Location: Dimondale, MI Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract Work Type: Hybrid Overview: Seeking a senior Programmer Analyst to serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting Treasury's mainframe applications (COBOL, XGEN), gathering requirements, writing test cases, and ensuring system documentation compliance with DTMB standards. Key Responsibilities: Gather and validate requirements for IT solutions. Support and maintain Treasurys COBOL and XGEN applications. Oversee change management, defect tracking, and test result validation. Collaborate on redesign and program specifications based on test results. Lead artifact reviews and ensure adherence to agency policies. Skills Required: Bachelor's in a technical field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering). 5+ years in COBOL or XGEN programming and requirements gathering. Strong communication and experience in test case writing. Evaluate and inform DTMB management and support client agency of impact and risks to existing IT solutions due to proposed legislation, enhancement requests, and changes in governmental processes or procedures. =============================================================================================================================== Job 2: Client: Cognizant (End Client: Confidential) with max pay rate of $45 - 60/hr on C2C and 65 days net payment. . Title: Automation Engineer (Night Shift) Work Location: Lansdale, PA Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Duration: 5 Months Job Summary: Roles & Responsibilities: Design, program, and configure DeltaV systems, PLCs, SCADA and related software. Need strong automation experience , not validation experience. Provide technical support to customers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Develop technical documents, including design specification, user manuals, and operational procedures. Develop and implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems. Participate in project management and project coordination. Monitor and analyze system performance. Ensure regulatory compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. Utilize best practices, standards and procedures related to automation systems. Maintain and update knowledge of evolving automation technologies. Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science or Bio-Process Engineering, or related field.
