The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes, ensuring that the MM and MDM modules meet the business needs of the organization.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to SAP MM and MDM. Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for SAP system configuration. Work with the SAP MM module to optimize procurement, inventory, and vendor management processes. Implement and manage MDM solutions for maintaining data integrity across SAP systems. Support data migration, cleansing, and harmonization efforts within the SAP environment. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and support to end-users in SAP MM and MDM processes. Identify areas for process improvement and lead efforts to enhance system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP MM and MDM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth SAP operations.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience working in Business Systems Analysis, with a focus on SAP MM and MDM. In-depth understanding of SAP MM functionality, including procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and material master. Strong experience with SAP MDM tools and processes for data governance, data migration, and data quality management. Proven experience in leading business process analysis and redesign. Experience with SAP integration with other modules like SD, PP, and FI/CO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with large-scale data migration and SAP implementations.
