Position- Technical Product Manager (AWS Cloud) Job Type- Contract Location- Seattle, WA (only locals) Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager with a deep understanding of AWS cloud services to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering successful cloud-based products. You will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams. Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and leveraging AWS + Databricks capabilities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the cloud market. Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, translating business needs into technical specifications. Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver high- quality cloud-based products. Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive product improvements and optimize cloud costs. Manage product launch and lifecycle, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch support. Foster a cloud-centric product culture and build strong cross-functional partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on cloud-based products. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling cloud products. Deep understanding of cloud computing, particularly AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, etc.). Experience with cloud architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps) Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
