The Visualization Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced data visualization solutions to support business intelligence needs. The role requires proficiency in Looker Studio, experience with Google BigQuery, and strong familiarity with either Tableau or PowerBI. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement end-to-end data visualization solutions using Looker Studio and other BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design dashboards, and create interactive visualizations to meet business needs. - Design and optimize complex queries in **Google BigQuery** to ensure efficient data extraction and processing for large datasets. - Implement best practices for data visualization, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness of dashboards and reports. - Lead technical discussions and workshops to train internal teams on Looker Studio and other visualization tools. - Integrate visualizations with other data platforms and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and connectivity. - Work with data engineers to develop efficient data models and pipelines that support visualization needs. - Perform regular updates, optimization, and troubleshooting of dashboards and data connections. - Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and business intelligence. Required Skills: - **Proficiency in Looker Studio**: Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing dashboards and reports in Looker Studio. - **Experience with Google BigQuery**: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, work with large datasets, and design data models in BigQuery. - **Experience in Tableau or PowerBI**: Hands-on experience with at least one of these tools for creating interactive reports and visualizations. - Strong knowledge of **SQL**, **data warehousing**, and **ETL processes**. - Ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful visual insights for business decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in performance tuning, optimizing dashboards, and data query performance.
