| From: Teja, insoursysinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Senior Information Technology, Operational Technology (IT/OT) Transformation Program Manager Location: Remote About the opportunity The Transformation Program Manager will serve as the overall Program Management Office (PMO) Lead for a large-scale Technology Transformation program for a large T&D Utility located near Toronto/Canada. The client is planning to upgrade their Grid Management platforms to enable new capabilities, including integrating several IT and OT applications, and deployment of new technologies. This strategic role requires an experienced PMO leader who can manage complex projects, ensure tracking of all program elements, and drive successful outcomes. The PMO lead will work closely with a Technical Project Manager/Delivery lead and PMO analysts. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain a robust Program Delivery Governance framework, processes, templates, etc. Escalate issues to secure focus and attention, driving items to closure, and ensuring accountability Manage Integrated Schedule, track progress, ensure delivery of project deliverables Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and establish mechanisms for detailed tracking and resolution. Manage vendors (scope, time, cost, risks, ...) Provide weekly and monthly reports to client, often as the Steering Committe level Manager project financials, including budget, margins, subcontractor arrangements Schedule and facilitate meetings Manager IT infrastructure build, security hardening Manage selection of vendors, including evaluation processes and SOW Manage and maintain project documentation, including approval process Develop onboarding package Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in Technology Consultancy and/or Digital Transformation, with at least 10 years leading large IT and/or OT Transformation programs in Critical Infrastructure (e.g. Energy, Communications, Financial Services) Proven track record as a Program Lead for significant Technology Transformation programs, preferably involving diverse technology/solution stacks and integrated landscapes. Experience in driving Digital and/or Cloud transformations is essential. Deep knowledge of at least one of the following industries: Telecom, Energy & Utilities, or Public Sector.
