Work with a variety of technologies such as printers, networks, servers, kitchen & menu display systems, satellites, and security alarms. Complete and validate work orders online through our software platform. Communicate effectively with clients and the support team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Respond to after-hours calls (after 7 pm or before 7 am) which are compensated at 150%. Reimburse materials at local rates (Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.). Maintain and properly utilize a range of tools, including networking cables, testers, and other essential equipment. Basic Skill Requirements: Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in PC repair, including motherboard swaps. Ability to make network and phone cables, and configure routers with subnets. Proficiency in network upgrades and installations, including components and cabling. Basic Tool Requirements: Reliable transportation. Smartphone with Hotspot and hands-free device. Screwdriver bit set with hex, torx, and security bits. Ratchet or cordless screwdriver. Laptop and cell phone with internet and camera. USB to DB9 adapter and Cisco console cable. 200 or more of Cat5e plenum-rated Ethernet cable. Cable toner and tester, RJ45 and RJ11 ends, and crimper. 66 and 110 punch tool, fish rods (stiff and flexible set recommended), zip ties, electrical tape, and a Lineman's Butt Set.
