The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the Delinea PIM solution to ensure the secure management of privileged access across the organizations infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage the Delinea PIM solution for securing and managing privileged accounts. Ensure that privileged accounts, credentials, and sessions are managed according to best security practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with IT and security teams to define, implement, and enforce policies for managing privileged access. Perform regular audits and reviews of privileged access logs, and monitor for potential misuse or anomalies. Configure automated workflows for the approval and delegation of privileged access. Support the integration of the Delinea PIM solution with various systems such as Active Directory, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and other identity management tools. Troubleshoot issues related to privileged access and develop mitigation strategies. Provide training and support to users and administrators on Delinea PIM tools and processes. Ensure the Delinea PIM solution is compliant with industry standards and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX. Stay updated with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities related to privileged access management.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions, including 3+ years of experience with Delinea (formerly Thycotic). In-depth knowledge of Delinea products, including Secret Server and Privilege Manager. Strong understanding of privileged access management best practices, principles, and tools. Experience with key management and vaulting solutions. Familiarity with integration of PIM tools with Active Directory, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and other IAM systems. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA) and how they relate to privileged access. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
