The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance C# APIs using .NET technologies, while also having solid experience in front-end development using Angular. This role requires a developer who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about delivering value and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and secure C# APIs to support multiple business applications. Architect APIs using RESTful principles and ensure smooth integration with internal and external systems. Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive and dynamic UI components using Angular. Take ownership of all aspects of API development including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Implement advanced API security practices, ensure performance optimization, and maintain high availability of the services. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into well-structured and efficient API designs. Use best practices for API lifecycle management, versioning, and monitoring. Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture within the team. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in C# development with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and ASP.NET. Proven track record of developing and managing RESTful APIs in complex, scalable systems. Strong knowledge of API best practices, including design, performance optimization, security, and versioning. Expertise in micro services architecture and distributed systems. Proficiency with Angular for front-end development, building user-friendly and dynamic web applications. Experience in API integration with third-party services, including managing dependencies and API gateways. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present technical solutions, showing how they bring value to the organization. Passionate about API-driven development and continuously evolving software development trends. Additional Experience (Preferred): Hands-on experience with data Dog for monitoring and analyzing the performance of APIs and other infrastructure. Knowledge of Azure Okta Integrations for secure authentication and identity management. Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automating API builds, testing, and deployment. Experience working in Azure cloud environments, including leveraging PaaS and IaaS solutions for API hosting and scaling. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
