Role: Cybersecurity-Identity and Access Management Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Long term We are in need of onshore candidates to backfill 1 position for Cybersecurity-Identity and Access Management. All candidates will be required to have strong oral and written communication. IAM OPs Job Description This position facilitates Identity and Access Management (IAM), including access provisioning, deprovisioning for systems, data and business-critical applications. The IAM Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that customer access requests are completed in accordance to established SLAs, provide second level technical support, operate efficiently in a team setting and ensure access is managed appropriately based on IAM best practices. Role Qualifications Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work and communicate in a clear, concise, and understandable manner. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time. Professional business presentation skillsets to provide deliverables efficiently to team, leadership and executives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global group. Possesses effective decision making and critical thinking skills. Previous hands-on experience with identity, authentication methods and security concepts. Knowledge preferred of IAM related software and tools including Microsoft Active Directory and Service Now. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Technical background preferred with experience or education. Job Duties The Identity and Access Management team is responsible for provisioning support including ticket management to ensure approved requests are fulfilled in accordance with defined service level agreements and policies. Respond to security incidents or escalations promptly as part of the continuous support strategy. Direct meetings to ensure team members, stakeholders and executives are informed of performance metrics, operational trends and/or process changes. Create and present educational sessions to the global team as required for process changes, review and capacity management. Promote teamwork by being a team player. Provide technical assistance, coaching, and mentorship to global teams. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM related technical issues, working to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction. Contributes to Knowledge Strategy Management by maintaining clear and comprehensive standard operating procedures including all technical processes and workflows. Accountable for personal learning and development with a willingness to collaboratively enhance development paths with a team. Represent the IAM team and/or be able to lead support projects on behalf of IAM. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned through project or emergency needs.
