| Dear Vendors Please share resume for below role Job Title: WorkForce Software IT Support Analyst Long term Contract Client Location: Remote The WorkForce Software IT Support Analyst supports HF Sinclair's Time and Payroll systems, focusing on integrating Core HR data and providing first-line support for Payroll and HR teams at plant locations. The role requires expertise in Workforce Software Suite (Time and Attendance, ACT, Job Scheduling, Fatigue Management, Analytics), SAP HCM, and UKG Workforce Dimensions. Key Responsibilities: Manage ticket queues, resolve issues, and implement minor enhancements. Collaborate with business teams to gather, deliver, and ensure accurate HR solutions. Execute test plans, identify defects, and work with developers for resolution. Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and stakeholders. Support day-to-day business operations and HR system integrations. Required Experience: 7+ years of experience with Workforce Software modules. 3+ years with timekeeping and payroll systems like UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP. Strong integration knowledge and understanding of union contracts/pay practices. Ability to work closely with HR/Payroll and IT teams.
