| Direct client position Position: Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner Duration: 10 Months Location: Austin, Texas (100% Remote) Agency: Texas Health and Human Services Commission Client: State of Texas Job ID: 529501178 (Local to Texas candidates only) JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will work as a business analyst/product owner on applications within the Health and Human Services, Administrative Applications Product Management team. This position will perform the duties of a Business Analyst including requirement gathering, analysis of requirements, development of requirements and design for required system modifications, completing business requirement documents, user stories, and business area collaboration and/or coordination. Will also work with technical teams to coordinate demos, UAT, code releases, and user communication as necessary. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Some on-call support may be required depending on the project phase. REQUIRED SKILLS: 8 Years of Experience in Business Analyst. 8 Years of Experience in Product Owner role . 8 Years of Experience in Software Application related project. 8 Years of Experience in SQL . 8 Years of Experience in Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT). PREFERRED SKILLS: 4 Years of Experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies. 2 Years of Experience in Project and/or Product Management . 1 Years of Experience in Case Management. 1 Years of Experience in Jira.
