Title: UI/UX Developer with react & Figma client: Baringa Location: Manhattan, NY(Looking for Locals with US/GC) Responsibilities: Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React. Implement UI components using modern JavaScript libraries, including React.js, Redux, or similar. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. Work closely with designers to ensure consistency between the design and implementation. Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to enhance application performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong expertise in Figma, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus. Experience working with design systems and maintaining component libraries. Strong knowledge of UI/UX design best practices, including usability and accessibility. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Ability to collaborate effectively with both designers and developers to bridge the gap between design and code. Nice to Have: Experience with animation and interaction design. Familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
