| From: Mohan, Headway Tek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well, Please have a look on below requirement, if you are interested, please share your updated resume Position: Principal Program Manager (P5 Level) - Work Dynamics Ops Portfolio Location: Remote but must support as per EST time zone Requirements: This person will need to have extensive experience with Data Governance as their main goal will be to make Work Dynamics Technology and Tech Engineering more efficient and limit duplications around their Data Governance restructure. They are switching from Lighthouse to NextGen for their Data Governance needs (both internally developed) and need someone who is senior enough to understand where the issues are and how to address those to restructure efficiently at a strategic level. They will need to recognize risks and propose a phased approach to restructuring, avoiding duplication. Responsibilities/ Coverage Highlights: Role will be responsible for program managing and providing a single pane of glass view to all the workstreams that support WD ops roadmap and needs. Currently, the workstreams span over various teams across WD ops, WDT, EDP, enterprise governance and enterprise analytics team. The program manager will be responsible to mapping out the workstream landscapes, make visible the dependencies between the different roadmaps to programmatically manage the roadmaps holistically to support the prioritized WD ops business outcomes. Stakeholders include business, product, governance and analytics, and tech leaders. They will work towards ensuring the successful delivery of programs, alignment with organizational goals, and effective utilization of resources and processes and drive transparency.
