| Hi, Please find the requirement. Job Description : Role : Splunk AWS admin and developer Location : Remote Duration : Contract 1. Install, configure, and maintain Splunk environments to ensure reliable data indexing and search capabilities. 2. Manage user access and security settings, enforcing best practices for data protection. 3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal Splunk infrastructure health. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with various applications and data sources. 5. Develop and implement data input configurations for ingesting data from diverse sources into Splunk. 6. Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical information. 7. Design and maintain data retention policies to optimize storage utilization. 8. Proactively identify and address capacity and performance concerns to scale Splunk deployments as needed. 9. Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of the Splunk platform. 10. Create and manage Splunk knowledge objects, such as fields, tags, and event types, to enhance data analysis. 11. Implement and maintain alerting mechanisms to notify stakeholders of critical events and anomalies. 12. Conduct regular health checks and audits of Splunk environments to ensure adherence to security standards. 13. Collaborate with security teams to detect and respond to potential threats using Splunk's security features. 14. Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent system issues outside regular business hours. 15. Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages to improve efficiency. 16. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software upgrades to meet growing data needs. 17. Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance procedures for knowledge sharing. 18. Implement and manage Splunk apps and add-ons for specialized use cases and data visualizations. 19. Continuously monitor and optimize search performance to provide fast and reliable data retrieval. 20. Design and develop Splunk apps, dashboards, and reports to address specific business requirements. 21. Write and optimize complex search queries to extract and analyze data from diverse sources efficiently. 22. Create and maintain data models to provide structured and normalized data for analysis. 23. Implement data transformation and enrichment processes to enhance data quality and usefulness. 24. Customize and extend existing Splunk apps to meet unique business needs and use cases. 25. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and develop tailored solutions. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives."
