Title: SAP PP/QM with S4-PPDS Location: La Verne, CA (Day 1 onsite) DURATION : 12 MONTHS JOB Description: Our requirement is for S4 HANA PPDS called ePPDS S4 HANA (embedded PPDS). Objective is PTD Architect is able to communicate , design and work on all these process and work. We will have EWM, PLM and other team members part of his team. We need architect owning end to end PTD for Gilead SAP PPDS / QM - Architect Role 12+ years in SAP S4 PP/QM 8+ years in SAP PP/DS 4+ years of PP-PI experienceWell versed with end to end business process designMust have at least 4 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience of SAP PP/DS Able to design and architect solutionsStrong knowledge and hands on experience in the following technical areas:Production Master Data (Recipe, BOM, Resources) Demand Planning MRP Shop Floor ExecutionProduction Data Structure Planning Heuristics Automated and Interactive Production Planning PP/DS Optimizer functionalityProduction processes like MTS, MTO, Repetitive Manufacturing Contract ManufacturingEngineering Change Management and Order Change management functionalityProcess management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process,SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Result Recording, Usage Decision Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc.Well versed with RICEFW Functional Specification CreationWell versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle.Experience in Life science vertical would be added advantage.
