Thank you in advance Title: SAP Service Delivery Manager Location : Must be local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate Duration :- Contract Rate :-60 10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLAs End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects. Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team, Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
