| UI / UX Developer with react & Figma Location: On-site in NYC 3 days a week Visa GC or USA Responsibilities: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer Strong expertise in Figma, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus. Experience working with design systems and maintaining component libraries. Strong knowledge of UI/UX design best practices, including usability and accessibility. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Ability to collaborate effectively with both designers and developers to bridge the gap between design and code. Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React. Implement UI components using modern JavaScript libraries, including React.js, Redux, or similar. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience Work closely with designers to ensure consistency between the design and implementation Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to enhance application performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Experience with version control systems like Git Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with user-centered design processes, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (WCAG). Knowledge of UI performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. Nice to Have: Experience with Redux, GraphQL, or TypeScript. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of animation libraries like Framer Motion or React Spring Experience working with design systems and maintaining component libraries Experience with animation and interaction design. Familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
