Confidently lead and be the focal point for all architecture decisions for a large ETRM delivery program, with divergent opinions from strong personalities and stakeholders. Able to create a collaborative environment where all technical (architecture and engineering) roles can work together to drive clear decisions and consistency. Lead the engineering community to make sure we follow the Shell Engineer Management Standards, and have consistency and reuse at the core of our outcomes. ETRM scope. Must be able to clearly articulate what processes with the life of a deal should be inside the core ETRM and which processes should be externally run Directing workload of other architects on portfolio, partitioning workloads, and assigning areas of accountability. Recruiting talent and supporting the creation of high performing team TOGAF (or similar framework) experience alongside Enterprise Architecture tooling. Ideally ArchiMate - Bizz design tool Technical skill and Mastery with combination of the following: Experience with the entire Trading system landscape and capabilities around Life of a Deal. Experience architecting and designing ETRM services and capabilities, ideally within Endur. Hands-on demonstrable experience in architecting applications into Azure platform, ideally including migrations/re platforming of legacy.
