The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to enhance our banking products, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of banking regulations, financial products, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize customer experiences. Project Management: Assist in managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on banking regulations and ensure that all initiatives comply with applicable laws and standards. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating effective communication and understanding of requirements. Testing & Validation: Support the testing phase of new products and systems to ensure functionality meets business needs. Develop test cases and document outcomes. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, investment services) and regulations (e.g., AML, KYC). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
