Youll play a crucial role in using customer experiences, business requirements, and value propositions to guide your work. Your efforts will help enable shoppable social posts and provide data-driven insights to improve social media conversions. Key Responsibilities: Manage social commerce product feeds, defining goals and creating exceptional customer experiences. Drive strategies aligned with customer value propositions and the Client's financial goals. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver project outcomes. Overcome system constraints (resources, finances, technology) to maintain long-term customer engagement. Exhibit innovation and determination to drive solutions, even through challenges. Track product performance using qualitative and quantitative data, providing key insights for continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in product management, program management, development, UX, or strategy-related roles. 1+ years of experience in strategy creation, cross-functional leadership, or customer-focused solution development. Basic understanding of media performance indicators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, SharePoint). Strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of product management experience, or experience in development, UX, or strategy roles. 1+ years of direct people or team management experience. Experience within the media industry and digital advertising. Strong knowledge of technical aspects related to ecommerce and digital advertising. Ability to prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
